Job summary

KBC Technologies in Qatar is seeking an experienced Siebel Architect to lead end-to-end Siebel CRM implementations for the telecommunications sector, driving architectural design and cross-technology integration.

You will manage multi-skilled teams across Siebel, Oracle RODOD family components, oversee POCs, risk reviews, and client engagements to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience as a Siebel Architect with deep technical and functional Siebel CRM expertise.
• Telecom domain experience and knowledge of communications industry architectures.
• Proven ability to define end-to-end order management solutions for service providers.
• Strong track record in leading multi-skilled technical teams and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and lead end-to-end Siebel CRM implementations across technical and functional domains.
• Define scalable end-to-end order management solutions for telecoms.
• Lead and manage multi-skilled teams across Siebel, Oracle ATG, Oracle AIA, and Oracle RODOD components.
• Drive resource planning, technical design reviews, reporting, and risk management.
• Conduct POCs, evaluations, and architectural feasibility studies.
• Present organizational technology capabilities to enterprise clients across geographies.
