Detailed Job Description:

As a Siebel Architect supporting complex telecommunications transformations in Qatar via KBC Technologies, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of Siebel CRM architecture, order management design, and cross-technology integration. Your day-to-day responsibilities include architecting end-to-end solutions in the order management space for communications service providers, managing multi-skilled technical teams across technologies including Siebel, Oracle ATG, Oracle AIA, and other Oracle RODOD family components. You will oversee resource planning, technical design, reporting, benefit analysis, and risk management. Furthermore, you will lead complex technical analysis, conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs), and showcase organizational technical assets and capabilities to enterprise clients across diverse geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and lead end-to-end Siebel CRM implementations spanning both technical and functional domains.
• Define robust, scalable end-to-end solutions in the order management space for the communications and telecommunications industry.
• Lead and manage multi-skilled technical teams across diverse technologies including Siebel, Oracle ATG, Oracle AIA, and Oracle RODOD family components.
• Drive comprehensive resource planning, technical design reviews, project reporting, and benefit analysis frameworks.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Extensive, proven professional experience as a Siebel Architect with deep expertise in both technical and functional Siebel CRM spaces.
• Demonstrated professional experience within the Telecom Domain and communications industry architectures.
• Proven expertise in defining end-to-end solutions specifically within the Order Management space for communications service providers.
• Strong experience in managing multi-skilled technical teams across Siebel, Oracle ATG, Oracle AIA, and Oracle RODOD family components.
• Proven track record in resource planning, enterprise software design, project reporting, benefit analysis, and risk management.
• Excellent technical leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing presentation skills.
• Mandatory legal eligibility to work with local residency or availability for deployment in Qatar.
