Job summary

QatarEnergy LNG is seeking an entry-level National graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. The role focuses on developing technical competency through professional courses, on-the-job training, and mentoring within Qatargas-style operating policies and processes.

Fresh graduates with GPA 2.5+ and national status will learn to perform functional duties, gather data, and deliver routine reports under guided supervision, while aligning with safety and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Qatari national status.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with GPA 2.5 or higher.
• Entry-level position for a national graduate with no experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical competency through professional courses, self-study, on job training and mentoring.
• Develop a good knowledge of operating policies, procedures and processes, and the working environment.
• Learn to perform functional duties, gathering of data under guidance and supervision.
• Execute division activities by applying gained knowledge and skills.
• Coordinate with mentor/coach to understand the development plan and training requirements.
• Attend formal training and apply learnings in the workplace.
• Demonstrate understanding of concepts, specifications and standards in work and presentations.

• Demonstrate awareness and commitment to safety through personal actions.
• Regular interface and coordinate with relevant employees and provide routine information and advice.
• Produce periodic routine internal / external reports; assist in providing necessary analysis supporting details and in report preparation.
