Job summary

Mekdam Technical Services is seeking a SHES Specialist for RLTO/Berths Night Shift / BOP Night Shift to ensure health, safety and environmental standards across onshore facilities.

Ideal candidates hold NEBOSH Certificate (or IGC), Lead Auditor certification, TapRooT training, and have 5–8 years SHES experience, including international project exposure with Tier-1 EPC contractors or clients.

Qualifications

• SHES qualification such as NEBOSH Certificate or 10 years experience in lieu of qualification.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent.
• Lead Auditor certification in SHES.
• TapRooT Root Cause Analysis training or equivalent experience (e.g. Tripod Beta or SCAT).
• 5-8 years relevant industry SHES experience.
• International project experience with Tier-1 EPC Contractors or Client in onshore production facilities (greenfield/brownfield).
• Strong understanding of project execution in large-scale projects.

Education

NEBOSH Certificate

NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent

Lead Auditor certification

TapRooT Root Cause Analysis training
