Mekdam Technical Services is seeking a Head of SHES EPC-3 RLTO & Berth to drive safety, health, environment, and security across onshore EPC activities. The role requires leadership of SHES teams, oversight of contractor compliance, and integration of SHES plans with project execution.

You will guide field teams, support mobilization, and ensure strict risk controls on a multi-billion-dollar project, delivering safe outcomes for personnel and assets at site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SHES teams on large EPC projects.
• Proven ability to manage SHES compliance across multiple contractors.

Responsabilités

• Provide SHES direction and leadership to PMT and contractors for fieldwork.
• Oversee contractors and manage SHES specialists to ensure compliance.
• Lead site implementation and verification of SHES plans and procedures.
• Support mobilization and provide SHES guidance to PMT and area managers.
• Manage SHES management system and risk control measures at site.
• Identify complex issues and provide actionable recommendations.
