Job summary

Mekdam Technical Services seeks a Head of SHES Offplots (S-1535) 2nd Submission to lead health, safety, environment and security on offshore/offplots projects in Qatar. The role demands extensive HSE leadership experience and strong knowledge of complex project execution.

Ideal candidates hold HSE NVQ Level 5 or NEBOSH Diploma or higher, demonstrate TapRoot RCA leadership, and bring a minimum of 15 years of HSE experience with international EPC projects.

Qualifications

• HSE related NVQ Level 5 or NEBOSH Diploma or higher.
• TapRoot Advanced Root Cause Analysis Team Leader (or equivalent RCA tool).
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years industry relevant HSE experience.
• International project experience with Tier-1 EPC Contractors or Client on onshore production facilities.

Education
