Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering seeks an Application Specialist with deep expertise in Office 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform. The role focuses on administration, development, and migration of SharePoint solutions while leveraging AI capabilities and custom development.

Responsibilities span environment, permissions, SPFx, Syntex deployment, content management, and integrations with .NET backends. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in SharePoint administration and development, strong SPFx

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and on-premises administration.
• Proficiency in SPFx, SharePoint development methodologies, and custom solutions.
• Understanding and practical experience with AI-powered content services (Microsoft Syntex).
• Advanced skills in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) development and maintenance.
• Strong background in .NET for backend development and REST API design.

Responsibilities

• Environment Management: Maintain and administer SharePoint Online and on-premises environments.
• Permission Management: Design and implement comprehensive permission structures and access controls.
• SharePoint Framework Development: Develop custom solutions using SPFx development methodologies.
• Microsoft Syntex Implementation: Configure and deploy Microsoft Syntex for AI-powered document classification and information extraction.
• Content Management: Implement advanced content management strategies and workflows.
• Migration Planning: Lead SharePoint migration projects from on-premises to cloud or between environments.
• System Administration: Perform administrative tasks, monitoring, and optimization of SharePoint environments.
• Governance Implementation: Establish and maintain SharePoint governance policies and best practices.
• Canvas Applications: Design and develop end-to-end Canvas apps with advanced functionality.
• Model-Driven Applications: Create comprehensive model-driven applications with complex business logic.
• App Lifecycle Management: Maintain, update, and optimize existing Power Platform applications.
• Integration Development: Build seamless integrations between Power Platform and SharePoint environments.
• API Development: Design and develop robust REST APIs using .NET technologies.
