Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM implementation.
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience with customization and development within Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong background in system integration methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of data modeling and database concepts.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM modules to meet business requirements.
• Develop custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Maintain and optimize existing Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
• Manage integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other systems.
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
• Implement integrations across Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
