Job summary

Regency Technology - Qatar is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to manage access, support users, and maintain analytics-ready sites. You will troubleshoot, back up data, optimize storage, upgrade environments, and train staff while coordinating with government partners on SharePoint capabilities.

The role requires a bachelor's in IT/CS and at least 2 years’ experience with Windows, SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, and Office 365. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS.
• At least 2 years' experience as a SharePoint administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, and Office 365.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Add users and manage access to document libraries.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and perform backups.
• Maintain storage with clean-ups and archiving.
• Update SharePoint sites and perform version upgrades.
• Create web pages for embedded analytics in SharePoint.
• Train staff and explain SharePoint constraints to government partners.
• Develop and maintain procedural documentation.
• Provide data analysis, scheduling, and monitoring for data exchanges.
