Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Services Advisor – Contract Performance Manager to lead contract administration and performance across domestic and international LNG and power plant orders. The role emphasizes customer interface, negotiations, and program leadership.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 7 years in contract management, rotating equipment experience (gas turbines), and advanced Excel skills, with English fluency (Arabic preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a contract administration position).
• 7 years of experience with contract formation and execution/contract performance management.
• Experience/knowledge in rotating equipment, especially gas turbines.
• Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel; English fluency (Arabic preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide contract administration for assigned proposals and contracts including customer interface, negotiations, preparation, and contract interpretation.
• Provide contract management support in the execution of equipment orders for domestic and international LNG and power plant contracts.
• Perform proposal, negotiation, and contract administration functions on assigned proposals / contracts with minimal supervision.
• Provide support to manager and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts.
• Have Frequent interface with the customer on contract matters and perform team leader responsibilities for assigned programs.
• Provide interface liaison with functional organizations and ensure proper communication of requirements.
• Review processes to ensure overall efficiency.

As a Services Advisor - Contract Performance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Providing contract administration for assigned proposals and contracts including customer interface, negotiations, preparation, and contract interpretation.
• Providing contract management support in the execution of equipment only orders for domestic and international LNG and power plant contracts.
• Performing proposal, negotiation, and contract administration functions on assigned proposals / contracts with minimal supervision.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a contract administration position).
• Have 7 years of experience with contract formation and execution/contract performance management.
• Have experience/knowledge in rotating equipment specially gas turbines.
• Have advanced level in proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Have fluency in English (Arabic fluency is preferred).
