Job summary

DXC Technology seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead design, governance, and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions in Doha. You will define platform architecture, establish technical standards, and ensure scalable, secure, and future-ready implementations across multiple modules.

You will partner with stakeholders, business leaders, and delivery teams to craft roadmaps, drive platform adoption, and ensure alignment with ITIL, security, and enterprise architectures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with at least 3 years in an architecture role.
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow product suites (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, IRM/GRC, SecOps).
• Strong understanding of platform architecture, data model, security model, CMDB, CSDM, integrations, and automation capabilities.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining platform architecture, establishing technical standards, and ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules and business functions.

This role requires a combination of deep technical expertise, strong consulting capabilities, and strategic thinking. The ServiceNow Architect will work closely with customer stakeholders, business leaders, technical teams, and project delivery teams to define solution roadmaps, drive platform adoption, and ensure alignment with best practices and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and solution designs across the platform.
• Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical governance throughout project lifecycles.
• Design complex workflows, integrations, automations, and data models supporting enterprise business processes.
• Establish platform standards, design patterns, development frameworks, and governance models.

Platform Strategy & Governance

• Define platform strategy and roadmap aligned with customer business objectives.
• Ensure architectural consistency across all ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Establish governance processes for development, release management, upgrades, integrations, and platform maintenance.
• Evaluate technical debt and drive continuous platform improvement initiatives.
• Provide recommendations on platform scalability, performance optimization, and future capabilities.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects, consultants, developers, and administrators.
• Review solution designs, technical specifications, and code to ensure adherence to standards.
• Act as the highest technical authority within ServiceNow projects and programs.
• Support technical decision-making during complex solution design and implementation activities.
• Lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, and stakeholder review sessions.

Integration & Enterprise Architecture

• Design integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications including ERP, HR, identity management, monitoring, discovery, cloud, security, and third-party platforms.
• Define integration patterns using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and middleware technologies.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and data governance requirements.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and infrastructure teams on broader technology initiatives.

Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Work with project managers and delivery leads to support successful project execution.
• Engage with executive stakeholders and provide strategic guidance on ServiceNow adoption and value realization.
• Participate in business development activities, solution reviews, and proposal development.
• Support customer workshops, solution demonstrations, and architectural assessments.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap planning.

• Extensive experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Web Services, MID Server, and platform customization.
• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and service management best practices.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps delivery environments.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Multiple CIS certifications across ServiceNow product lines.
• ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
• TOGAF certification (desirable).
