Job summary

Adecco is seeking a senior Service Design & Innovation leader to drive the development, commercialization and operationalization of next‑generation managed technology services across Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Centres, AI and Digital Infrastructure.

This strategic role targets turning concepts into scalable, commercially viable and operationally ready services within an MSP, SI, Cloud or Data Centre environment, leading cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end service portfolios.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT industry experience.
• 8+ years in service design, service architecture, product management or service portfolio leadership.
• Strong MSP/SI/Cloud or data centre background.
• Experience turning concepts into business cases, pricing, SLAs and launch.
• Strong costing, pricing, margins and service profitability understanding.
• Exposure to Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI/AIOps, Cloud Native and digital infrastructure.
• Senior stakeholder and team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end service design lifecycle – ideation, business case, architecture, costing, readiness, launch and retirement.
• Develop and manage a 3-year service portfolio roadmap.
• Build and commercialize services across Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, GPUaaS, Data Centres and Digital Infrastructure.
• Establish service blueprints, catalogues, SLAs and operating/support models.
• Own service costing, profitability, margin and investment modelling.
• Govern operational readiness including runbooks, CMDB, monitoring, automation and transition gates.
• Drive AI/AIOps, observability, orchestration and automation across services.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Alliances, Architecture, Security, Operations and DevOps.
• Lead multidisciplinary Service Architecture, Readiness, Innovation and Commercial Design teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of IT industry experience
• 8+ years in Service Design, Service Architecture, Product Management or Service Portfolio leadership
• Strong background within an MSP / Systems Integrator / Cloud Provider / Data Centre Provider
• Proven experience taking managed services from concept → business case → pricing → SLA → operational readiness → commercial launch
• Strong commercial understanding of costing, pricing, margins and service profitability
• Exposure to Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI/AIOps, Cloud Native and Digital Infrastructure
• Senior stakeholder and team leadership experience

Mandatory Certifications

ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP)

ITIL 4 Strategic Leader (SL)

Additional certifications such as TOGAF, COBIT, FinOps, PMP/PRINCE2, AWS/Azure Architecture, OpenShift, Kubernetes or AI/MLOps are advantageous.
