Four Seasons Hotel Doha invites applications for a Server Assistant to join the Food & Beverage team. You will support the Food Server, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience that meets Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.

We seek candidates with general food knowledge, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and a positive, can-do attitude. Proficiency in English is required; a Hotel Management degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• General food knowledge required.
• Good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform to Four Seasons standards; clears tables, side work, polishes silverware.
• Outgoing personality and can-do attitude.
• Reading, writing and spoken English proficiency.
• Degree & Diploma in Hotel Management.

Responsibilities

• The Server Assistant is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
• The Server Assistant assists the Food Server in delivering an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience per Four Seasons standards.
• Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification.
• Work includes weekends, nights and holidays.
