Qualifications

• General food knowledge required.
• Good personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Must read/write/oral proficiency in English.
• Degree and Diploma in Hotel Management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Food & Beverage team to deliver quality service to guests.
• Assist the Server in providing an enjoyable dining experience per Four Seasons standards.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly according to spec.
• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays.
