• Extensive UX design experience across complex digital products and services.
• Strong ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing, turning insights into design decisions.
• Carry out UX expert reviews and heuristic evaluations with practical recommendations.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, user-centered experiences.
• Lead discovery and design workshops with senior clients and stakeholders.
• Establish and apply UX frameworks, methodologies, standards and best practices.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive UX practices with evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across digital, technology, product and transformation.
• Mentor designers and contribute to the UX Centre of Excellence developments.
• Produce thought leadership, case studies, UX playbooks and content for internal/external publications.
