Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX/UI Design, HCI, Digital Design, Cognitive Science, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Strong portfolio showing workflow design, journey mapping, and B2B/enterprise software design.
• UX Research, Design Thinking, or Agile certifications are an advantage.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise applications, or data‑intensive platforms.
• Experience designing AI/automation workflows is preferred.
• Experience with Product Managers and Engineering teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve end-to-end user journeys and workflows for B2B customers.
• Simplify complex processes into intuitive experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high‑fidelity designs using tools such as Figma.
• Translate product requirements into practical designs with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Design experiences for AI-powered workflows that are clear and easy to use.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and research to understand customer needs.
• Develop dashboards and interfaces presenting complex data clearly.
• Identify usability issues and continuously improve the customer experience.
• Communicate design concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
