Job summary

ELEVUS ‑ PEOPLE & BUSINESS RESULTS, LDA seeks a Senior TSYS Prime Developer / Cards Solution Specialist to lead design, development, configuration and integration of TSYS Prime CMS and Prime Online. The role covers card issuing/acquiring, authorization, settlement, and system improvements.

You'll work on APIs, interfaces, and certifications with Visa/Mastercard/FIME, plus PCI-DSS and cryptography requirements, ensuring stability and data integrity across card networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS/IT/Engineering).
• 8+ years in card/payment or ATM/POS switch environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with TSYS Prime / Prime Online.
• Experience with payment scheme certification and card processing systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support TSYS Prime CMS and Prime Online.
• Manage credit, debit, prepaid issuing and acquiring card products.
• Support authorization, routing, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and GL.
• Develop APIs, interfaces, and integrations with internal/external systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform RCA, ensure data integrity.
• Support Visa, Mastercard, FIME certification and testing.
• Work with ATM/POS switches, payment schemes, vendors, and teams.
• Support EMV, tokenization, PCI-DSS requirements.
• Participate in launches, migrations, regulatory mandates, tech projects.
• Review solutions and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
