Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to design, implement, and maintain robust Microsoft Windows Server environments and VMware infrastructure in Doha, Qatar. You will optimize Active Directory, DNS, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365, while managing vSphere, vRealize, SRM, HCX, and NSX.

The role requires deep scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Infoblox DNS administration, and a track record of delivering reliable IT infrastructure at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in systems administration and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, DNS, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, SCCM, and PowerShell.
• Strong experience with VMware technologies (vSphere, vRealize, SRM, HCX, NSX).
• Experience administering Infoblox DNS solutions.
• Strong knowledge of scripting and automation, particularly using PowerShell.
• Certifications from Microsoft, VMware, and ITIL are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to improve system administration, operational efficiency, and routine infrastructure tasks. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, maintain availability, and support the overall reliability of Microsoft and VMware environments.
