Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced Subsea QA/QC Specialist (CAT-III Projects) for a major pipeline repair program in Qatar. The role will act as the project quality focal point, ensuring compliance across FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, and shutdown activities with offshore mobilization as needed.

The candidate will lead QA/QC programs, audits, and vendor quality assurance, coordinating with EPC contractors and third-party inspectors to maintain project standards and regulatory

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas EPC/EPCM projects.
Minimum 10 years on subsea pipeline projects.
Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (IRCA) and BOSIET.
Strong experience with QA/QC audits, ITPs, and project quality plans.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan and QA/QC verification programs.
Review FEED deliverables, engineering studies, and documentation to support quality objectives.
Coordinate source inspections and expediting activities for critical materials.
Lead NCRs and CARs, perform root cause investigations and closure.
Ensure HSEQ compliance across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
