Job summary

CANDIDZONE in Doha seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to supervise and execute mechanical and metallic piping works for a Desalination/RO Plant project, ensuring adherence to drawings, specs, QA/QC and HSE standards.

You will coordinate site manpower, materials and daily activities, and work closely with the Site Manager, main contractor, client and other project teams to maintain construction schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.

Responsible for supervising and executing mechanical and metallic piping works for the Desalination/RO Plant Project, coordinating site manpower, materials, and daily activities while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality, HSE requirements, and construction schedules. Coordinate closely with the Site Manager, main contractor, client, and other project teams.

• 1) Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2) Minimum 7 years of GCC construction experience in Oil & Gas and Desalination/RO projects
• 3) Must have solid experience in metallic piping erection, mechanical equipment installation, testing, and site execution, with good knowledge of project specifications, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.
