Job summary

FOURTH DIMENSION PIPELINE SERVICES -L.L.C. seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead mechanical and piping work from mobilization through handover. You will oversee installation, testing, commissioning and punch-list activities for desalination/RO projects on-site in GCC environments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, 10+ years GCC experience, and proven leadership of large site teams with strong HSE, QA/QC and client coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years GCC experience in mechanical/piping construction.
• Strong GCC oil-and-gas or industrial project background.
• Experience as Site Manager or Construction Manager.
• Desalination/RO plant construction experience.
• Knowledge of piping fabrication, erection, testing.
• Experience with welding, NDT, hydrotesting, flushing, test packs.
• Ability to manage large site teams and schedules.
• Knowledge of PTW, HSE, QA/QC and project docs.
• Excellent client communication and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with drawings, QA/QC procedures and HSE.
• Resolve delays, technical issues and site constraints; oversee punch-list.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical and piping construction activities from mobilization through commissioning and handover
• Supervise metallic and non-metallic piping installation fabrication erection testing and reinstatement
• Coordinate desalination RO equipment installation and associated piping works
• Manage supervisors engineers subcontractors and site manpower
• Review construction schedules method statements risk assessments and work permits
• Monitor daily progress productivity resources and material availability
• Coordinate welding NDT hydrotesting flushing test packs and mechanical completion
• Conduct progress meetings with the client consultants and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with project specifications approved drawings QA QC procedures and HSE requirements
• Resolve construction delays technical issues and site constraints
• Oversee punch-list clearance pre-commissioning commissioning and final handover

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years GCC of relevant mechanical/piping construction experience.
• Strong experience in GCC oil-and-gas or industrial.
• Previous experience as a Site Manager or Construction Manager.
• Proven desalination or reverse-osmosis plant construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of metallic piping fabrication, erection and testing.
• Experience with welding, NDT, hydrotesting, flushing, reinstatement and test packages.
• Ability to manage large site teams, subcontractors and construction schedules.
• Strong knowledge of PTW, HSE, QA/QC and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and client-coordination skills.
