Job summary

Event Team is seeking a Senior Quality Control Consultant to ensure SAP systems meet quality standards through testing, defect management, and QA activities. You will plan, execute, and oversee testing to identify issues and ensure reliability and regulatory alignment.

You will develop test plans, perform various testing types including UAT, collaborate with stakeholders, drive automation initiatives, and report metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years in Quality Control/QA, preferably SAP environments.
• Knowledge of SAP testing methodologies and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans, strategies, and cases for SAP apps.
• Execute functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and project teams.
• Validate system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices.
• Prepare test reports, quality metrics, and stakeholder updates.
• Support automation testing initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Participate in requirements reviews and provide QA recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational QA standards.
