• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, IT, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Wealth Management, Affluent Banking, Retail Banking, Investments, BA, Product Management, Digital Banking, or Banking Transformation.
• Experience supporting wealth management, investment advisory, digital wealth or client journey initiatives is preferred.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, workshops, data analysis, performance reporting and implementation support.
