Job summary

Qataryello seeks a Senior Real Estate Fund Manager to oversee development projects, monitor fund performance, budgets and timelines, and ensure alignment with investor objectives.

You will lead Fund Managers, coordinate with developers, manage cash flows and reporting, support acquisitions, and drive initiatives to improve returns while ensuring regulatory compliance in Qatar and the wider region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• CME certification.
• Extensive real estate fund management experience.
• Strong knowledge of fund operations, investments and regional market.
• Excellent leadership and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of real estate development projects, ensuring alignment with fund objectives, budgets and timelines.
• Work closely with developers to monitor project delivery, review forecasts, and manage contractual commitments.
• Manage fund cash flows, project financing requirements, and periodic reporting for investors and fund boards.
• Support land acquisitions, feasibility assessments, due diligence processes, and evaluation of new real estate opportunities.
• Identify initiatives to enhance project returns, optimise costs, and improve overall fund performance.
• Lead, mentor, and manage Fund Managers and Assistant Fund Managers while overseeing fund-related disbursements and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contribute to departmental improvements, market analysis, and stakeholder reporting.
