Job summary

Tanqeeb in Qatar seeks an experienced QA/QC Lead for EPIC Solar projects in the Oil & Gas sector. You will drive quality management across contracts, ensuring QMS compliance with ISO 9001 and international standards, and oversee QA/QC deliverables from engineering to construction.

The role requires hands-on leadership, extensive site oversight, and the ability to coordinate with contractors and vendors to close NCRs and ensure quality performance on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or higher.
• IRCA QMS Lead Auditor Certification or similar.
• ASNT Level-II in RT/MT/PT/UT is a plus.
• Professional QA/QC certification with CQI/ASQ desirable.

Responsibilities

• Promote continual improvement of quality practices on site.
• Lead incident investigation and root-cause analysis for quality failures.
• Prepare and manage QMS documentation and compliance across contracts.
• Review and approve QA/QC deliverables across all project phases.
