Job summary

Airswift is seeking a senior QA/QC Lead to review and approve QA/QC documentation and implement project QA/QC requirements at Mesaieed site, Qatar. You will supervise inspections of Instrumentation, Telecom and Fire & Gas systems through commissioning stages and coordinate multi‑party teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires 15+ years in major oil & gas projects, IRCA QMS Lead Auditor certification, and experience with EPC/EPCIC contractors or end users.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation & Controls Engineering or equivalent.
IRCA Certified QMS Lead Auditor.
Minimum 15 years of experience in major Greenfield and Brownfield Oil & Gas or similar process plant projects.
Experience with EPC/EPCIC contractors or end users in QA/QC roles for Instrumentation & Controls construction and commissioning.

Responsibilities

Review and support approval of QA/QC documentation including Quality Plans, ITPs, QCPs, MARs, test procedures and related records.
Ensure implementation of project QA/QC requirements at construction sites, supplier facilities and subcontractor works.
Conduct surveillance and inspections of Instrumentation, Telecom and Fire & Gas systems during installation, testing and commissioning.
