Client of Brunel seeks a Senior Planning & Scheduling Specialist to coordinate PMT scheduling activities in the oil and gas sector. You will develop, control and optimize project schedules, and drive improvements with contractors and vendors.

Your role includes analyzing schedule trends, reporting progress, and guiding recovery plans while ensuring alignment with the Project Management System and Gates deliverables.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6 years' experience in business-related function or discipline, including 2 years in Oil & Gas.
• Experience with Contractors, Sub-contractors and Vendors in the oil and gas industry.
• Advanced Primavera scheduling software experience is required.
• Excellent written and oral English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate input from PMT functions to support schedule validation.
• Perform planning and scheduling including schedule development, control analysis, and recommendations.
• Ensure effective planning and scheduling by contractors and subcontractors.
• Support Gates deliverables and scheduling deliverables per PM system.
• Collect, consolidate and report schedule trend and progress productivity.
• Evaluate contractor performance in planning and scheduling and resolve discrepancies.
