Job summary

Airswift invites applications for a Senior Project Controls Engineer in Doha, Qatar. The role oversees planning, control, and closeout across the E&C portfolio, collaborating with Functional Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and other teams.

The candidate will lead a team of analysts, manage contracts and systems, drive KPI dashboards, and align plant-wide project controls with corporate standards. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with a relevant engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas project controls or similar.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and project controls tools.
• Experience leading teams in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, control, startup, and closeout processes for projects.
• Drive project controls process improvements and KPI dashboards.
• Coordinate with Contracts, Procurement, Finance, and Field Operations.
• Manage onshore and offshore material control and inventory alignment.
• Support digitalisation through Power BI and related tools.
