Job summary

Care n Cure Trading in Qatar is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to promote pharmaceutical products and medical devices across doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies. You will drive sales growth, manage territory coverage, and ensure timely collections while maintaining high ethical standards.

The role requires strong communication skills, English proficiency with Arabic as a bonus, and a valid Qatar driving license.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences / Pharmacy / Life Sciences or a relevant healthcare discipline.
• 1–3 years of Medical Representative experience in the GCC (pharma, medical devices, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, or related healthcare sales)
• Proven experience managing businesses with doctors, pharmacies, and hospitals
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Good command of English and conversational Arabic (Arabic proficiency is a big advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Promote assigned healthcare products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and collection targets
• Conduct regular field visits and build strong professional relationships with healthcare customers
• Deliver effective product presentations and support demand generation activities
• Identify new business opportunities and expand territory coverage
• Monitor competitor activity and provide relevant market insights
• Maintain accurate DWRs, field visit records, and sales reports
• Ensure strong product knowledge and ethical promotion practices at all times
• Follow up on customer payments and outstanding collections, where required

The role involves promoting our company portfolio, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, achieving sales and collection targets, and driving business growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote assigned healthcare products (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, etc.) to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies
