Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Power Gen Supervisor in Qatar to lead maintenance, inspection and operation of electrical power generation and related systems for GPMS assets. You will supervise technicians, interpret technical data and ensure quality documentation, safety and compliance with program standards.

The role requires five years of power generation experience, a CSC certification, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with Windows OS and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics and blueprints.
• Must obtain CSC Certification.
• Five years of power generation operation and maintenance experience.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain host nation license.
• Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance, inspection, testing, repair and operation of GPMS assets.
• Directs work assignments and ensures quality documentation and records.
• Interprets drawings and data to diagnose malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
• Provides safety oversight and ensures PPE usage.
• Trains and mentors junior staff and documents OJT.
• Supports shipments and logistics for equipment deployment.
