Job summary

Airswift plans to hire a Planning Specialist in Qatar to support major capital projects in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules and cost data across a portfolio of large-scale projects.

The successful candidate will lead schedule planning, performance monitoring, forecasting, project controls, and reporting while collaborating with project leadership teams and stakeholders to ensure objectives are achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of project executing related experience.
• 6 years in Major Projects within oil and gas or similar environment.
• Experience with National Oil Companies or International Oil Companies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Consolidate multiple schedules into management-level schedules and ensure schedule integrity.
• Collect, validate, and analyze schedule and cost data; prepare progress reports and forecasts.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and propose mitigation actions to improve delivery.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders; review contractor schedules and reporting.
