Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha, Qatar, seeks a senior Planning Specialist with 12-15 years in Oil & Gas to lead resource allocation, planning, and progress tracking for major shutdowns/turnarounds.

You will coordinate with site teams, QA/QC and management, identify delays, and implement mitigation strategies while maintaining comprehensive planning records and compliance reports. GCC experience is required.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in Oil & Gas or related industries.
• GCC turnaround/shutdown planning experience (5-7 years) is a must.

Responsibilities

• Resource Allocation: plan manpower, materials, and equipment for mechanical/welding works.
• Progress monitoring: track project milestones and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordination: liaise with site teams, QA/QC, and management to align schedules.
• Risk Management: identify delays, risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Documentation: maintain planning records, progress charts, and compliance reports.
