Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited university.
• 14 years of experience in planning, scheduling, and project controls for construction and infrastructure projects.
• 7 years in a similar senior role and lead planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring for roads, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure projects.
• Review and monitor baselines, recovery schedules, revised schedules, and look‑ahead plans.
• Prepare project dashboards, progress reports, and planning reports for management and client reviews.
• Coordinate with Resident Engineers, Site Engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to obtain progress information.
• Assess delays, perform extension of time evaluations, and support schedule‑related contractual matters.
