Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy in Doha seeks a seasoned Contracts Engineer to plan, tender, negotiate and administer offshore and onshore maintenance contracts. You will collaborate with DUET, prepare tender documentation, and drive commercial evaluations to ensure compliant, cost-effective outcomes.

The role requires deep knowledge of C&P processes, risk management, and bidder prequalification, with a focus on international projects and multicultural collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with extensive experience in Contracts & Procurement.
• Minimum 8–12 years in Contracts/Procurement in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy.
• Experience in offshore maintenance contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, tender, negotiate, and administer contracts for offshore and onshore maintenance activities.
• Prepare contract dossiers with DUET, define contractual responsibilities, and validate strategies.
• Analyze bids, support evaluations, and participate in contract negotiations.
