Ably Resources is seeking a Senior Commissioning & Decommissioning Lead in Qatar for major offshore projects. The role demands extensive experience in commissioning, start-up, and decommissioning within oil & gas facilities, alongside strong leadership and communication skills.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, liaise with different teams, and ensure compliance with HSE standards. This position offers a long-term opportunity in a complex and high-profile project environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 15 years’ experience within offshore oil & gas projects.
• Strong background across commissioning, start‑up and decommissioning of offshore facilities.
• At least 8 years in a senior leadership or supervisory capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day‑to‑day commissioning and decommissioning execution activities across offshore projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, operations readiness and contractor teams throughout project phases.
• Review and oversee commissioning/decommissioning procedures, method statements, inspection plans and schedules.
