Saipem in Doha seeks an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and operation activities for major projects. You will ensure safety, quality and cost targets while coordinating across internal teams, clients and contractors.

The role requires 15+ years in oil & gas commissioning management, a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and fluent English. Based at the head office with strong governance and budget oversight responsibilities.

• 15+ years of hands-on commissioning management experience in oil & gas.
• Fluent English language skills required.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure HSE procedures are available and applied across activities.
• Manage Pre-Comm, Comm, Start-up and Oper activities with coordination of multiple parties.
• Supervise subcontractors, logistics and vendor interfaces for production facilities.
• Coordinate with Client and BL functions for operations, budgeting and reporting.
• Prepare and monitor annual local operating budgets and forecasts.
