Job summary

Euro Staffs is seeking an experienced Senior Odoo Developer to lead technical delivery in Doha. You will architect, develop, and optimize Odoo ERP solutions, oversee full-cycle implementations, and mentor the team. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, and the role is on-site in Doha, Qatar.

You will lead module design, integration efforts, and performance tuning while collaborating with consultants and project managers to plan sprints and ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Odoo development with 2+ years in senior/lead roles.
• Deep expertise in Odoo versions 10-15 and Odoo Enterprise.
• Proficient in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, and Odoo ORM.
• Experience with Odoo.sh, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure), Docker, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and customization of advanced Odoo modules.
• Architect scalable technical solutions and guide the team on best practices.
• Review code, enforce standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Manage complex third-party API integrations and data migrations.
• Mentor junior developers and drive technical documentation.
