Qualifications

• Experience developing workflow applications based on business requirements.
• Ability to enhance workflow apps for routing, validation, approvals, UX, reporting, and integration.
• Knowledge of configuration, role/group mapping, task assignment logic, and user access coordination.
• Capability to coordinate with IT architecture, middleware, security, and infrastructure teams on integration points.
• Experience assisting operations with feasibility assessment, estimation, and solution design.
• Involvement in SIT, UAT, defect fixing, production deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, deployment notes, configuration details, and knowledge transfer records.

Responsibilities

• Develop new workflow applications based on approved business requirements and process designs.
• Enhance existing workflow applications to improve routing, validation, approval controls, user experience, reporting, and system integration.
• Support workflow application configuration, role/group mapping, task assignment logic, and user access coordination.
• Coordinate with IT architecture, user services, middleware, security, and infrastructure teams where integration or technical dependencies exist.
• Assist Operations in technical feasibility assessment, impact analysis, development estimation, and solution design.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect fixing, production deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
