Boeing Global Services is seeking a Senior NDT Quality Test Specialist for Qatar, based at Al Udeid AB. This 100% onsite role requires NDT certification and hands-on experience across MT, PT, ET, UT and RT. You will verify tests, document results and support corrective actions in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Applicants must obtain US security clearance and meet Boeing’s certification expectations. Relocation is possible based on eligibility, and positions comply with local labor

Qualifications

• Level 2 NDI/NDT certification with recent experience in two or more methods (UT, PT, MT, ET or RT).
• Capable of working variable shifts.
• 5+ years of NDT/NDI experience in aerospace or related settings.

Responsabilités

• Perform NDT on aircraft and related components using MT, PT, ET, UT and RT.
• Analyze routine data and communicate results.
• Assist with standard corrective action recommendations.
• Document procedures, test results and measurements in quality records/reports.
• Set up specialized NDT equipment and assist in developing procedure sheets.

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior NDT (Non-Destructive Test) Quality Test Specialist to support our F-15 efforts in Qatar at Al Udeid AB, Qatar.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Employees will be required to obtain Boeing NDT certification and pass a vision exam. Failure to achieve or maintain certification requirements may lead to termination of employment.

Candidates must have documented evidence of NDT education and OJT hours in MT, PT, ET, UT, and RT available for Boeing Level 3 review.

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for NDT on aircraft and related components utilizing multiple methods, to include in Magnetic Particle (MT), Penetrant (PT), Eddy Current (ET), Ultrasound (UT), and Radiography (RT).
• Analyzes routine data.
• Assists with standard corrective action recommendations.
• Documents and communicates standard test, analysis or measurement results to customers through entries in quality records and/or test reports.
• Performs setup of specialized non-destructive test or measurement equipment. Performs routine tests. Assists in the documentation of procedures and technique sheets for setting up test equipment.

This position requires the ability to obtain the US Security Clearance from the US Government

An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Level 2 NDI/NDT certification required with recent NDI experience in two or more of the following methods: UT, PT, MT, ET, or RT
• Capable of working a variable shift
• 5 + years' experience in NDT/NDI

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Level 2 NDI/NDT certified in all five following methods: UT, PT, MT, ET, and RT.
• Experience on military fighter platforms.
• Experience working with regulatory agencies (DCMA, FAA, and/or Military)
• Able to work with others
• Able to work independently from published technical data
