Boeing Qatar Incorporated in Qatar is seeking a Senior NDT Quality Test Specialist to lead non-destructive testing on aircraft and components using MT, PT, ET, UT and RT. The role is 100% onsite at Al Udeid AB, Qatar, with relocation options and the need to obtain Boeing NDT certification and pass a vision exam.

The candidate will document NDT education and OJT hours for Level 3, analyze data, and communicate results in quality records.

Qualifications

• Level 2 NDI/NDT certification with recent experience in two or more NDT methods.
• Documentation of NDT education and on-the-job hours for Level 3 review.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Senior NDT (Non-Destructive Test) Quality Test Specialist

Company: Boeing Qatar Incorporated

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior NDT (Non-Destructive Test) Quality Test Specialist to support our F-15 efforts in Qatar at Al Udeid AB, Qatar.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. Employees will be required to obtain Boeing NDT certification and pass a vision exam. Failure to achieve or maintain certification requirements may lead to termination of employment.

Candidates must have documented evidence of NDT education and OJT hours in MT, PT, ET, UT, and RT available for Boeing Level 3 review.

Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for NDT on aircraft and related components utilizing multiple methods, to include in Magnetic Particle (MT), Penetrant (PT), Eddy Current (ET), Ultrasound (UT), and Radiography (RT).
• Analyzes routine data.
• Assists with standard corrective action recommendations.
• Documents and communicates standard test, analysis or measurement results to customers through entries in quality records and/or test reports.
• Performs setup of specialized non-destructive test or measurement equipment.
• Performs routine tests.
• Assists in the documentation of procedures and technique sheets for setting up test equipment.

Security Clearance & Sponsorship

This position requires the ability to obtain the US Security Clearance from the US Government. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required. Employer will sponsor applicants for employment visa status where required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• Level 2 NDI/NDT certification required with recent NDI experience in two or more of the following methods: UT, PT, MT, ET, or RT
• Capable of working a variable shift
• 5 + years’ experience in NDT/NDI

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Level 2 NDI/NDT certified in all five following methods: UT, PT, MT, ET, and RT.
• Experience on military fighter platforms.
• Experience working with regulatory agencies (DCMA, FAA, and/or Military).
• Able to work with others.
• Able to work independently from published technical data.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
