Job summary

Boeing Corporation in Qatar seeks an experienced NDT/NDE professional to conduct non-destructive testing on aircraft and related components using UT, PT, MT, ET and RT. The role involves data analysis, reporting test results, and setting up specialized NDT equipment.

Applicants should hold a Level 2 NDI NDT certification with 5 years of NDT experience and be able to work variable shifts. Relocation is possible for eligible candidates with appropriate security clearances and regulatory experience.

• Performs setup of specialized non-destructive test equipment
• Performs routine tests and assists in documenting procedures and technique sheets for setting up test equipment

Job description

Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for NDT on aircraft and related components utilizing multiple methods to include in Magnetic Particle MT Penetrant PT Eddy Current ET Ultrasound UT and Radiography RT
• Analyzes routine data
• Assists with standard corrective action recommendations
• Documents and communicates standard test analysis or measurement results to customers through entries in quality records and or test reports
• Performs setup of specialized non-destructive test or u u measurement equipment
• Performs routine tests
• Assists in the documentation of procedures and technique sheets for setting up test equipment

Security Clearance

• An interim and or final U S secret clearance Post Start is required
• Employer will sponsor applicants for employment visa status where required

Basic Qualifications

Level 2 NDI NDT certification required with recent NDI experience in two or more of the following methods UT PT MT ET or RT Capable of working a variable shift 5 years experience in NDT NDI

Preferred Qualifications

• Level 2 NDI NDT certified in all five following methods UT PT MT ET and RT
• Experience on military fighter platforms
• Experience working with regulatory agencies DCMA FAA and or Military
• Able to work with others
• Able to work independently from published technical data
