Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Production, Media, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional videography and video editing experience preferably in an agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing commercial, corporate, event, and social media video projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content for corporate events, exhibitions, activations, product launches, interviews, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling ideas based on project briefs.
• Operate professional cameras, drones (where licensed), gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Capture high-quality footage in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.
• Edit videos using professional software, including color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and transitions.
• Create short-form content optimized for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Eurostaffs, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and project teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Manage video assets, organize project files, and maintain equipment.
• Stay up to date with the latest video production trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Deliver projects within agreed timelines while maintaining high production standards.
