Job summary

BLJ Worldwide is seeking a seasoned Videographer & Photographer - Editor based in Doha, Qatar, to lead end-to-end video and photo production for multiple client accounts. You will plan, shoot, and edit high-quality content, delivering social-ready footage tailored to each platform and audience.

Responsibilities include color grading, sound design, motion graphics with After Effects, and on-site photography for events and headshots.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional videography, photography and editing experience.
• Proven portfolio of social content and commercial work.
• Strong skills with mirrorless camera systems, lighting and on-location shooting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; color correction and grading experience.
• Solid audio editing and sound design skills.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for image, video or audio production.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to think through creative, technical and logistical challenges independently.
• Arabic speaker, fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video and photo content across multiple projects and client accounts.
• Produce content for social media and events, formatted for platform-specific requirements.
• Manage the full production process from planning to final delivery, including color, sound and delivery.
• Edit interviews, events and promotional content.
• Develop motion graphics, subtitles and visual effects using After Effects.
• Cover events and on-site photography, including headshots and stakeholder engagements.
• Offer creative input on how content is shot and told, beyond briefs.
• Maintain production equipment and project files with backups.
• Handle audio cleanup, music selection and voice-over syncing.
• Utilize generative AI tools to support production workflows.
