Responsibilities

• Ensure vessels are operated safely, efficiently and economically.
• Drive compliance with international, Flag State, legal requirements and company policies.
• Lead ship inspections, audits and safety reviews per SMS/ISM.
• Maintain the SMS and brief senior officers on policies and charterer requirements.
• Coordinate interfaces between NSQL management and ship staff; oversee quality improvements.
• Oversee investigations into incidents and risk assessments for vessel operations.
