Job summary

Nair Systems is seeking a Senior Manager MNC & Cash for our Qatar operations. The role focuses on driving cash management strategies, analytics, and cross-regional client engagement in multinational corporate banking.

You'll lead analysis, dashboards, and reporting to support growth across Turkey, Egypt, Iraq, and the UAE, while coordinating with product, risk, and coverage teams to optimize mandate delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Corporate Banking, Treasury Services, Business Analytics, or Business Analysis.
• Experience in MIS reporting, dashboards, or strategic initiatives.
• Exposure to multinational corporate banking or cash management is preferred.
• Experience preparing management reports and performance analyses.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of MNC Cash Mandate growth strategies across Turkey, Egypt, Iraq, and the UAE.
• Track and monitor cash mandate pipelines, mandate wins, transaction volumes, deposits, and wallet share growth.
• Prepare business performance reports, management dashboards, KPI scorecards, and portfolio analytics.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities, target clients, and growth corridors.
• Conduct profitability analysis and wallet share assessments across the MNC portfolio.
• Support business cases and strategic initiatives to increase cash management revenues.
• Analyse client transaction behaviours and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor performance against targets and advise on corrective actions.
• Ensure timely and accurate management reporting for strategic decisions.
• Contribute to KPIs and best practices within the MNC Cash Mandate value chain.
