Job summary

QNB Group is seeking a senior MIS Business Analysis professional to oversee current data processes and drive enterprise data warehousing and BI initiatives. The role requires translating business needs into formal requirements and maintaining data models and databases to support reporting systems.

The incumbent will balance project work with ongoing data architecture initiatives, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure timely, accurate data delivery across the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• At least 6 years experience in financial services with a specialization in web or mobile application development.

Responsibilities

• The incumbent will be responsible for current processes input/output controls, and data requirements.
• Define business needs and translate them into business analysis and requirements specifications.
• Oversee the enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence technology.
• Partner with the business to manage/maintain the data and database processes and environment.
• Balance resource demands between project work, database/model maintenance, and enterprise architecture initiatives.
