Job summary

QNB Group in Qatar seeks an experienced professional to support Financial Business Support by delivering timely MIS and ALCO reports. You will assist the SVP FBS in providing regular progress reports, flag variances, and perform initial checks on reasons for deviations, enabling informed management decisions.

Ideal candidates hold a finance/accounting degree with 4+ years in a major bank, fluent in English and Arabic, with IFRS/IAS expertise and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a major bank's financial business support.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (Arabic preferred).
• Knowledge of IFRS/IAS and MIS/reporting processes.
• Ability to deliver under pressure and build cross-organizational relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide MIS including ALCO reports in a timely manner to enable management decision making.
• Assist SVP Financial Business Support (FBS) in providing regular management reports on progress towards targets.
• Flag variations and perform initial checks on reasons for under/over achievement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver accurate financial insights.
