Job summary

QNB Group in Doha seeks an Assistant Manager, Financial Business Support to produce MIS reports and monitor performance for informed decision-making. You will coordinate IFRS changes, regulatory requests, and external audit expectations while supporting management with timely financial data and policy updates.

The role requires a Bachelor degree with 4+ years in a major bank and professional qualifications (CA/CPA/ACCA) preferred. Excellent coordination with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or IT.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a highly rated international bank.
• Chartered Accountancy, CPA, or ACCA qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare MIS reports regularly to support management decisions.
• Coordinate external auditor/regulatory requirements and IFRS transition matters.
• Assist in quarterly/annual financial reporting timetables and regulatory packs.
