Qualifications

• Ten years' experience in IT infrastructure and project delivery.
• Graduate with industry-leading IT certifications.
• Experience in Education Sector IT Infrastructure projects.
• Cybersecurity and SOC project experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customer to understand needs and budget.
• Develop IT and Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Manage a large team of engineers and support staff.
• Define KPIs for the team and ensure KPI achievement.
• Adopt new technologies to improve operations and security.
• Handle support escalations when required.
• Ensure documentation is maintained at all levels.
• Assist with audits and incident management as needed.
• Compile and present reports to top management.
• Ensure maximum uptime of systems and data availability.
