Complex Claims International in Doha seeks a Senior Loss Adjuster / Country Manager to lead complex, high-value claims across construction, property and energy sectors, on-site in Qatar.

You will mentor teams, manage client relationships, oversee local claims operations, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards while coordinating with regional and global colleagues.

This leadership role offers scope to grow the business in the Middle East and advance professional qualifications.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience handling complex/high-value claims.
• Chartered Loss Adjuster status or equivalent.
• Leadership or country management experience.
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.
• Familiarity with GCC market and willingness to work on-site in Doha.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex and high-value claims investigations across construction, property and energy sectors.
• Assess policy coverage, evaluate loss scenarios, and negotiate fair settlements.
• Oversee local claims operations and mentor team members.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with insurers, brokers and insured parties.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold company standards across Qatar.
